How to price your day trip
Price categories A,B,C,D,E are shown for 2 of our day tours. This pricing is similar to those utilised by airlines. Price A represents an advanced purchase tour which is bought and paid for in full (less a £1 per person balance due 6 weeks prior to departure date to validate our standard booking conditions) at the time of reservation and only remains available whilst space is available in that fare bucket. It offers the least expensive option but involves total loss of monies paid in the event of cancellation (insurance is strongly recommend it). This website will show you the current price in the availability chart for your preferred tour or you may determine this by phone. Where category A remains available (the least expensive, but with full prepayment required) and alternative category will always be shown in case you prefer to pay a deposit only on the tour. As a general guideline, the earlier you book, the lower the cost. So if you expect to travel early bookings are strongly recommended. Bookings made a few days prior to travel will likely attract the highest pricing category of all.
